1. What is ECOVADIS?

Founded in 2007, ECOVADIS is one of the sustainable business ranking services used by many countries around the world. ECOVADIS helps businesses monitor the sustainability performance of suppliers. ECOVADIS's trusted ratings and user-friendly monitoring tools enable companies to manage risk and create economic innovations in the supply chain.

ECOVADIS is a business sustainability rating service used by many countries around the world.

ECOVADIS has evaluated and ranked more than 90,000 companies in 175 countries and 200 industries. ECOVADIS is a reliable guarantee for businesses when choosing a responsible supplier.

To achieve ECOVADIS certification, suppliers will be evaluated according to four criteria groups including Environmental, Social, Ethical and Supply Chain.

ECOVADIS has evaluated more than 90,000 companies in 175 countries.

These criteria are considered based on the performance situation of CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility which included: Global Compact Principles, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), ISO 26000 standard, CERES 

The assessment of ECOVADIS consists of 4 stages: Registration, questionnaire, expert analysis and results. Based on 0 - 100 score scale and certified by Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels. In addition, the scorecard will also list the strengths and areas that need to be improved for sustainable development.

It can be said that ECOVADIS is a common system between enterprises and suppliers, on the one hand, making the assessment process of CSR implementation faster, cost-effective and improving the level of reliability of information. The ECOVADIS solution allows Customers to easily access the scorecards (detailed assessment results), manage their suppliers' sustainability performance and continuous innovation actions.
